Mr. Goyal has experience in Management Professional, with wide exposure of Microfinance & MSME lending in the financial industry with a career spanning more than 16 years, in Microfinance credit & Risk Administration, Product Analysis. He is experienced in handling verticals of field and systems operations. He has been instrumental in more than 4 states during his association with different mFI companies. . A post graduate in Rajasthan university and MFI Leadership development with Grameen Foundation india and LSA in Tamilnadu Veterinary Animal Sciences University Earlier Mr. goyal was associated with Bharat Financial Inclusion ( SKS) & Sahayog Microfinance Ltd and Arth Finance Ltd. He has a keen interest in learning new scales and is a chess enthusiast.

Mr. Sinha comes to SELF with a rich experience of 11 years of varied field of Sales, training and Risk/ Audit domain. He was last associated with Mannapuram Finance ltd as Regional Audit Head. Mr. Sinha post graduate in Marketing from ICFAI National College. He plays a key role in the policy framework and Risk & Credit profiling of SELF. He has wide knowledge and skills needed to understand and support regulatory compliance and enterprises wide risk management in the Finance sector. He has a keen interest in reading and is a cricket enthusiast.

An MBA in finance with 13 years of experience in MFI operations. Mrs. Varsha is been responsible for handling the credit department for SELF. She also heads an Insurance department. Earlier Mrs. Chavan was associated with WOTR and Sampada Trust. Mrs. Chavan hobbies includes visit at historical places, drawing and collect new information.

Mrs. Minakshi is post graduate in Business management and M.Sc. (Mathematics) with 12 years of experience in operations. Mrs. Minakshi is actively involved in day-to-day field operations and is constantly involved in interacting with customers at branch level. She also acts as the grievance redressal officer for SELF. Earlier Mrs. Awasthi was associated with Swayam Shikshan Prayog, WOTR and Sampada Trust. Mrs Awasthi has interest in listening to music, traveling, communicating & making new friends.

Mr. Yogesh an MBA in HR, PG in Law with 14 years’ experience in HR and Admin earlier .Mr. Yogesh is heading Human resource department and in actively involved in developing HR strategies and initiatives of SELF. Mr. Kothule was associated with Sampada Trust. Mr. Kothule , who joined the group as an admin staff and have rose to the position of Manager HR with his dedication and hard work is an inspiration to all in the company. Mr. Kothule enjoys in cinema hall & gossiping on politics subject.

A graduate in commerce with 12 years of experience in accounts and finance. Earlier Mr. Rapelli was associated with Deepak Arts and Star Casting ltd. Mr. Jagdish heads the finance department of the company and is responsible for financial reporting, accounting , external audits and developing strategies based on financial research for SELF. Mr. Rapelli loves to visit different places & help to needy people.
